I’m just a guy who loves Seinfeld and sports.

Growing up in the “junk wax” era of sports card collecting, I was one for the uncountable youngsters who collected thousands of cards hoping to one day retire early. Unfortunately what I now have 40 years later is well over 100,000 (mostly baseball) cards that are not worth much at all.
Thankfully, I have found a way to bring meaning to some of them.
I am setting aside cards for every sports reference through out the 9 seasons of Seinfeld.
Looking through my collection for the first time in 20+ years I came across the 1987 Topps Keith Hernandez #350 card and I told my wife, “June 14, 1987. Mets-Phillies!”
Now I am on a quest to build a “complete set” and catalog everything on this website.
Of my hundred thousand cards I’ve had for 30-40 years, I was able to set aside 50+ cards without having to track down and collect more. In my estimation I will need to collect another 30+ cards to complete the set.
